Serving Herkimer and Oneida Counties. Our Volunteers assist clients with in-home monthly money managment.  Volunteers are screened by the NYS Unified Court System and 3 personal references are checked. Every account is adudited every month. All client funds are bonded.

Service is free to low-income persons but available to all. RSVP Bill Payer Program works with the Oneida and Herkimer Counties Office for the Aging. Program model, technical support and materials come from AARP.
