The Delaware Money Management Program is a statewide program and is co-sponsored by the Division of Services for the Aging and Adults with Physical Disabilities and AARP Foundation. This program offers money management service to help low-income seniors and adults with physical disabilities that have difficulty budgeting, paying routine bills and keeping track of financial matters. The programs goal is to promote and prolong independent living for individuals who are at risk of losing their independence due to inability to manage their financial affairs. The program uses volunteers to assist individuals who do not have friends or relatives able or willing to help.
